# What's your "Go To" OTC pain reliever?

I used to take naproxen nightly for old guy aches and pains, and had no symptoms of stomach upset. Then one day I start shitting blood like it was raspberry jam. I lost half my blood volume and nearly died from a major gastric bleed. I never did have any stomach pain or discomfort. No more NSAIDS for me.
