Turned 18 in 2004 and voted first then. 2004 Kerry - Lost 2008 Obama - Won 2012 Obama - Won\* - Did not vote in this election, but not by choice. I work offshore and live in Texas, where the early voting didn’t start until after I was shipped off to the boat. I tried to get an absentee ballot to vote, but didn’t get it for some unknown reason. I am just going to pretend for the rest of my life that I actually did vote in this election because I wanted to so badly. ---

This was the first year I have been able to vote, and I voted for Obama. ---
