Romaine lettuce, watercress, shaved carrots, diced celery, sunflower seeds, bacon bits, diced boiled eggs, diced green bell peppers, diced ham or turkey, sparing use of dried cranberries, gorgonzola cheese, cucumbers, and, most of all, a boatload of chick peas. With a mild vinaigrette and salt and black pepper.
