I heard a story from the local news about a woman who left her Yorkie puppy outside for just a second while she ran inside to get something…only to come back to find him being taken by a hawk. ☹ (Yeah, stories of cute little animals being tortured and dying get me every time. How pathetic is that?) ---

I have none as bad those I’ve read, but I didn’t want to hear yesterday:“we are pulling you to telemetry”. and also hours later my relief called and said, “I am going to be late.” Maybe TMI: I work ICU/stepdown (I’m a nurse). Pulling is where I don’t work in my unit, and tele is pure hell(for me). Hafta go in again today…wonder where I’ll be pulled to now. ugh.
