Will a set of aftermarket wheels that were on a Chevy Cruze fit my Dodge Charger 5x115

Different years have different bolt patterns, center bores, etc.

The Chevy Cruze has a 5x105 bolt pattern and 2.4 cm of backspacing. The Dodge Charger uses 5x114.3 (5x4.5") bolt pattern and 2.1 cm of backspacing. So the answer is no. Also, even if they did fit, the backspacing of the Chevy wheel could mean the wheels would interfere with suspension parts.
