I imagine a boob window is quite refreshing, cleavage can get sweaty. Going back from being Samuel L Jackson doesn’t seem likely. But what about going forward- what will happen in 20-30 years? Samuel L Jackson will be the coolest old dude since Sean Connery. ---

I can spoil the facts that the movie somehow involves an exploded police car and a jackknifed DC Metro bus. Oh, yeah, and at least one scene takes place at the corner of 4th St. SE and Virginia. Which is somewhat annoying to me, because the part of the corner of 4th St. SE and Virginia is being played by West 3rd and Lakeside, which is right smack on my logical route to work, and I have to detour way the heck around it. ---

Draws the attention of gunmen + bulletproof kevlar boob implants = saves the trouble of full body armor. Like why Batman “wears a target on his chest” in _The Dark Knight Returns_. Like Modesty Blaise with “The Nailer.” It guarantees that the bad guys – well, many of them, anyway – will be paying more attention to the jiggle, and less to the immediate tactical situation. It wouldn’t work on Slade Wilson…but there are a lot of baddies it would distract very effectively. ---

In one of the early appearances of Batgirl (back in the 60s), there was a comic where she engineered wardrobe malfunctions (nothing too risque) so that the crooks she was chasing would suddenly stop and drool, leading to a right cross and a left jab. ---

Nick, jr, is a clever way to get Sam Jackson Fury into the 616 universe, but inserting Nick, sr, into a universe that’s never had the white Fury is just stupid. (And since the Marvel Cinematic Universe is superior to the 616 universe in every way…) ---

The weird thing is, he got a retcon within the span of his Ultimate Universe recton/reboot. He originally looked like [this](http://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/en/9/98/First_Ultimate_Fury.jpg), and was a very suave and sophisticated superspy. Then he became Samuel Motherfucking L. Motherfucking Jackson, less suave, more “I got this, and also I planned 37 contingencies, most of which involve me pistol-whipping the Hulk or something at some point.” As a sidenote, the Ultimate Universe tried to stick with historical continuity, so while W. Bush was President, he also was the US President in the comics. Except they couldn’t have a bumbling, word-salad-y, easily-manipulated-by-Dick-Cheney President dealing with fucking Magneto or whatever. So you sometimes had Dubya and SLJ Nick Fury in the same panel, both being smooth operators in control of everything and thinking of every angle of whatever the mutant crisis _du jour_ was. It was a thing to behold. ---
