# When did the recent set of suicide bombings in Isreal begin?

I’m trying to find out when the recent series of suicide bombings in Israel began in addition to how long of a period existed where there were no suicide bombings in Isreal.

Overall, there has been a bombing incident every four days, on average, over the last 18 months or so.

[Here](http://www.aish.com/jewishissues/middleeast/Suicide_Bombings.asp) is a list of suicide bombings in Israel from Oslo through 1998. This does not include other acts such as planted bombs and snipings.
