Click on **User CP** , then click on **Paind Subscriptions**. It should show your membership expiration date. ---

Last year, IIRC, I received an e-mail notification when my account expiration was approaching. I didn’t receive one this year. Is this something we’ll need to keep track of ourselves from now on? ---

Strange as this may seem, as long as you have “receive admin email” in your settings clicked to NO, you will not receive administrative email from us. As in this case. And you may check your subscription status at any time from the User Control Panel. ---

Correct email address? Sometimes people go for a long time and don’t realize they have not corrected their email addresses here, they have an old address listed here that does not work any more. I do not know specifically what happened in your case, but that’s two possibilities there. ---
