# When do the seasons start & end where you live?

Around here, everybody expects the CalTrans Aggravation. Their chief weapon is bad timing… bad timing and fear… fear and bad timing … Their two weapons are fear and bad timing… and ruthless inefficiency… Their **three** weapons are fear, bad timing, and ruthless inefficiency… and an almost fanatical devotion to the Road… Their **four** … no… **Amongst** their weapons… Amongst their weaponry are such diverse elements as: fear, bad timing, ruthless inefficiency, an almost fanatical devotion to the Road, and nice orange uniforms - well, in the end it means that they may strike at any hour of day or night, no matter the season.
