We’ve still only had a light dusting (quickly melted) here in central Kentucky. Next week’s outlook, while turning colder projects slim chances of a white Xmas, which occurs maybe 20% of the time here. ---

We’re having a three-day snowstorm right now, with projected snowfall of about 20 cm. I think I said upthread that last snowfall in our area would likely be late April or early May. Can’t yet confirm if this is the last snowfall of winter. ❄❄❄❄❄ ---

We got it too, yesterday. About 10cm (4 inches). It’s discouraging, but at least a lot of it melted today, and the rest will likely melt tomorrow. Still, we are way below normal temps for this time of year. ---

I hope that’s it, because I just swapped my winter tires for summers. Not because there isn’t snow on the ground, but because the right front which had had a very slow leak for months suddenly decided to have a not very slow leak. I was planning on new winter tires for next season, so not about to pay to have a leak fixed for an extra week of driving. Our streets were mostly clear this afternoon after being skating rinks in the morning, so hopefully no issues tomorrow. ---

We had 10-15 overnight, judging by the accumulation on my deck. Mostly stopped today, and the streets were actually almost dry on the afternoon commute. It looks like there’s been a light dusting of snow late this evening, with the forecast being for that to be about it. I am not too concerned about a single possibly sketchy morning commute and I refuse to acknowledge the possibility of this not being the very last gasp of winter. ---

Just got 4’ in the mountains, 2’ at the house. I blame myself, since I swapped out my snow tires Monday. Skied yesterday to confirm the 4’. Yup. Runoff is going to be epic. ---

The more-or-less snowless winter continued here in suburban Chicago; I only had to shovel a handful of times, and I never had to get out the snowblower. We’ve been getting intermittent showers this morning, that are mixed with snow and graupel. It was in the 60s yesterday, and the ground is warm enough that nothing’s sticking. ---

Here in Colorado Springs CO, we had about half an inch (in stupid units) overnight, but only on the grass / roofs, the roads remained too warm after we had 2 days of 80 degree weather at the beginning of the week. So didn’t have to shovel thankfully. We really wanted more moisture to prevent the frequent burnination, but I’ll take what I can get. Normally the biggest issue with late or early snow here is the lack of moisture rather than the temps. 🙂 ---

Got 10"s on 4/26 and another 8"s on 4/27 in Colorado at elevation. :sigh: I plowed the 10"s. Driveway is a gravel/mud pit. But had to do it. Didn’t mess with the 8"s. We and mother nature can deal with that. I’m much lower now, in Denver. My Wife is still at elevation.
