As my late father said, he didn’t feel old when his hair started to turn grey, but when his **kid’s** hair started to turn grey, **then** he felt old. My hair has been turning grey since my 20s. I’m now 53. I feel great (and my kids are only 25 and 19, showing no signs of greying). ---

Maybe you could check out a website of the advantages of liver cleansing/liver diet. The Fat Flush plan worked for me. Also, HGH injections may help you. I read the book Resetting the Clock. Good Luck. ---
