Dave Barry - probably because I just left the “M-W has now given the jerks permission to use the word ‘Literally’ to mean ‘Figuratively’” thread. First is a friend of mine whom none of you have ever heard of. A distant second after him is the one HAL apologized to. After that, I suppose it’s Dave Thomas and Dave Barry. A few others, I know of once others have mentioned them, but I wouldn’t really get them from scouring my own brain. ---
