I had some a few days ago–hubby brought home a carton from the store as a treat for me, knowing I love it. I keep planning to have it again after dinner with brandy or rum, maybe tonight. And after reading the thread I also plan to make myself some eggnog French toast, yum. ---

I always get at least one cup at Christmas. I like it, but it’s very rich; I can’t stand to drink too much of it. ---

I don’t know why they don’t stock a lot more of it, since it’s clearly a high selling item. The powder was just an attempt to buy it online. I can only find multipacks of Silk’s nog online, and it gets rather expensive. And everyone else seems to have stopped making it. ---

Last Christmas. This year I am looking forward to trying it with the Peppermint Mocha Kahlua I have. I have some coconut milk eggnog on hand from a Paleo dessert recipe I just made, but I haven’t tried it. ---

Friday night I put 1½ shots of brandy in a glass, and got the egg nog out of the fridge. Wasn’t much left, so it was about half brandy. (I grated some nutmeg for it, too.) ---

I sat down with a cup o’ nog to read SDMB, and what to my wondering eyes should appear but a poll about eggnog! I like to mix my store-bought nog with whole milk (equal parts) to cut down the sweetness. ---
