I’m surprised no one has said this yet. When someone sneezes (according to Seinfeld) you are to say:
"You’re sooooooo good lookin’ "
I hate that guy and I never even watched the show.
I never got into Seinfeld either, but it sure wasn’t because of any sneeze related issues. You can be sure of that !

zu vaksen (don’t remember what this means),
zu kvellen (not sure how to explain this one, maybe someone can help)
der velt zu dir gefellen (the world should be yours),
pooh pooh pooh (said to keep the “evil eye” away)!
I know what to kvell means, I just don’t know how to explain it.
I learned all this from a friend several years ago. All in yiddish. I say it to my kids all the time, and they just think I’m strange.
