# When things are going well, I get anxious and even panicky

Yes, for lots of people. Could be Generalized Anxiety Disorder, which can have anxiety triggered by some real incident (but to an unreasonable degree) or by nothing at all. It’s treatable. Is your anxiety severe, does it last for a while (days, weeks, months)?
