The current occupants of the Danish throne might have something to say about that. I would have thought the EU’s first civil war would be over the metric system or language policies rather than an upstart cadet branch of the House of Oldenburg, but maybe you’re right. I can see the opening salvos now: “Hey, cousin Frederik! How many people watched your wedding, huh?” “Oh yeah? Your only medieval epic poem is basically Danish, you son of Grendel.” Tensions escalate. Orders for Danish Modern furniture come to an abrupt halt. The Danes, howling “remember Cnut!” invade en masse.
What a crummy wedding gift. I mean the guy’s gonna be KING, what does he need with a few lesser titles. I’m sure he’d much rather have an espresso machine or one of those toasters that is big enough to make a bagel. What a cheapo the queen’s become since she started paying taxes 
And where would we be without rules? France!
