Pie is gooooood.
Just in the interest of accuracy:
“SEATTLE (AP) — In a Dec. 12 story about the arrest of Microsoft employee Daniel Feussner, The Associated Press erroneously reported that investigators said he sold stolen software for $9 million. That figure is actually the estimated retail value of the stolen software. A federal prosecutor said it was sold at reduced prices, but investigators did not provide an amount.”
Still, had to have been a pretty good sum.
Follow up to this story can be found here. Seems Mr. Feussner died from drinking anti-freeze. Can anyone else picture Mr. Gates paying him a visit with Guido and “convincing” him to drink the anti-freeze?
Guido is a funny name.
I’d give most of it to orphanages and when he came after me with the lawyers it would look bad for him.
I’m with DreadCthulu. I’d buy a bunch of X-Boxes (M$ loses money on each and every one of them), install Linux and make a massive Beowulf cluster out of them…then to make it even more fun I’d donate it all to Google to expand their crawling clusters
