Did you use them for a bookmark? Pin them to the bulliten baord? Hide them under your underwear? ---

Did you do what I do, which is fully intend to put them somewhere (e.g., on top of the entertainment center), in fact visualizing yourself putting them there so you don’t lose them, and then get distracted by some other errand (e.g., put the milk in the fridge) and leave them with the other errand (e.g., in the fridge)? My husband also uses this technique. ---

I usually find small things I’ve lost on the floor on the door side of the passenger seat in the car. I throw stuff on the seat and things get pushed off, and since I never open that passenger side door (since I’m, like, in the driver’s seat) I never see them there until I look for them. ---

If you are female and carry a purse, they are at the bottom, have come off the pad, and are stuck to the inside. At least, that’s where I just found mine. _sigh_ Note to self, buy more stamps. ---
