I want to order some CDs, and I’ve found good prices on Amazon, but I’m wondering if there are any other online sourcres for music. Not DVDs: just music, not movies. Not MP3s, either. Just CDs. What’s out there? ---

(Disclaimer: I have only bought from a few of these) [CD Universe](http://www.cduniverse.com/) [CD Connection](http://www.cdconnection.com) (Good for imports) [German Music Express](http://www.musicexpress.com) (Associated with CD Connection) [Django’s](http://mobydisc.com/) (Also sells used and out-of-print CDs) [CD Discounters](http://cddiscounters.com/index.html) (Also out-of-print CDs – especially cut-outs) And not exactly a store, but one of the best places to find hard-to-find stuff (maybe **Biggirl** can let us know if she ever found her Willie Colon Cds here): [GEMM](http://www.gemm.com/), which is sort of like the **Bookfinder** for CDs – in other words, they put buyers of CDs in touch with sellers around the world who list with them. And [Half.com](http://half.ebay.com/index.cfm) is also a good place for that sort of thing. Good hunting! ---

[Resurrection Music](http://www.resurrectionmusic.com) is a good source for underground music from the UK. It’s expensive, and the shipping is slow, but there’s some stuff there that you just can’t find anywhere else. ---

I came here to recommend Djangos. It’s really a network of small stores who combine their lists of items for sale. I’ve bought stuff from there, and found that I was really buying it from The Audio Barn (or whatever) in Grand Rapids. It has a pretty good amount of used stuff. ---

Mrs. Virginslayer buys CDs at [buy.com](http://buy.com), and said she is very happy with it. Also, if you go on Yahoo! shopping, and click in the name iof the CD you want, it will pull up several websites with different prices so you can shop! ---

You can buy and sell them at fixed prices at [www.half.com](http://www.half.com). It’s an eBay site but there are no auctions. I do it all the time. ---

I was thinking of mysimon, but I thought that was more for hardware - do they do CDs, too?
