There’s quite a few dormitories available. I looked around today and I was surprised how many cheap studios were around. However, it’s 10+ people to a floor, shared bathroom and kitchen, and nothing in your room.
Our local Shop Rite is open 24 hours a day and they let you stay in there as long as you don’t make trouble. Some people use it for inside walking and some as an unofficial cooling center. I image you could slip into the back or sleep in the upstairs bathroom for an hour or two.
There was that guy who lived in an airport for years and years and years. Only problem is, you have to stay there.
I second WhyNot’s yurt idea. I’ve always liked them. Just about the only camping trip I’d consider is a week in a yurt on the Great Plains.

Few juristictions allow perm residentcy in those, but some allow you to stay for several months, skip a week, then come back.
They have motels that rent by the week/month.
