# Where can I get decent umbrellas?

I need a couple of big, sturdy umbrellas. I once bought a $20 golf umbrella from Hecht’s department store and it fell apart in a storm. Since then I’ve been buying $10 umbrellas from street vendors and they hardly last through one good rainstorm. I want something sturdy and big, particularly the transparent kind that curves downward and kind of cocoons you. Where do I get them?

I don’t have any recommendations for you, excepth that what worked best for me is to buy six or ten cheap umbrellas from the dollar store.
