# Where can I post job ads for free?

I’m recruiting for several part-time positions, and I’m looking for college-age applicants (currently enrolled & recent grads). I just found snagajob dot com (and posted there), and was wondering what the hot job boards are these days. I’m also posting on monster and craigslist, but not getting nearly as many applicants as I was hoping for.

if you really want college age kids, most colleges have their own jobs board that is free to post to. I’d investigate the ones closest to you and see if that meets your needs.

Good idea! I’ve posted my job to a couple already.
