I don’t have cable. I also don’t get any OTA\* channels except PBS. I have a Roku but the NBC Roku channel has to have cable or satellite in order to show me any Olympics, so my attempt to link to that didn’t work. I’m willing to watch it on my computer, not my TV screen. I’ve googled Olympic ice dancing but all I can find is interviews and montages of still photographs. Same with YouTube. Ice dancing is the only competition I’m interested in. (Not figure skating.) Doesn’t have to be live. I know there has to be a way to do this, so can someone point me at the right place? \*Over the air ---

Clearing your cache of everything, post those 30 minutes (and I mean everything: cookies, licenses, temp pages, you name it) did work to reset the clock when I was watching slope-style prelims a few days ago. Kind of a PITA for a full broadcast though. Sports bar? There are other means, but those run afoul of this site’s TOS to talk about, I think. ---

The German public broadcaster ARD has videos and live streams of Olympic sports on their website. Here is their page for [figure skating and ice dancing](http://www.sportschau.de/olympia/sportarten/eiskunstlauf/eiskunstlauf-alle-olympia-videos-100.html). The bad news is that the videos might not play if your ISP is not located in Germany. However, in some circumstances it may be legal for you to use a VPN to watch the videos: [ul][_] According to [PC Magazin](http://www.pc-magazin.de/ratgeber/landersperre-umgehen-legal-erlaubt-3196308-15191.html), using a VPN to bypass a region lock for streaming videos (but not downloadable ones!) does not violate copyright laws in Germany. [_] If you (or someone you are watching with) have paid for a German television licence (“_Beitragsservice_”), then you may be legally and contractually entitled to watch any ARD content regardless of where you are located. And almost everyone who is legally resident in Germany is required to pay for this licence, so if you happen to have a German houseguest, it might be OK to use a VPN to watch even the downloadable videos with them.[/ul] ---

I just found that I can watch at [nbcolympics.com](http://nbcolympics.com) on my computer (maybe on my kindle, too, haven’t checked). I couldn’t pair the NBC Roku channel on my TV because that requires cable or satellite. ---

If you have a computer that supports Miracast, you could cast your computer screen to your Roku.
