Don’t remember _exactly_ how big it was now, but IIRC my graduating class was about 300 (large consolidated school system). I’ve only encountered one of my classmates in the last 15 years (at an inter-church function), and seen one on TV. There are only 39 (after subtracting the duplicate registrations) on Classmates, most people I never knew very well, and nobody that’s worth my paying for that idiotic “Gold” membership just so I can email. And Reunion is **far** worse (smaller).
I know there’s a fairly sizable group of MichiDopers, but I don’t see how people are figuring so many Michiganders have responded. I didn’t actually count, but ISTM there are maybe a half dozen? I don’t know how many people responded from other places, but it looked like quite a few from most of the states adjoining Illinois. AAMOF, the regions that look sparse to me are the more western of the plains states, western states, excluding the coast and southwest, and New England, excluding Massachusetts.
