Nah, I think that perhaps **Bambi** went to the same HS as I did. I know his family has a house very nearby, although I don’t recall what the zoning was like. But there will be some odd coincidence or two turn up eventually. Plus some non-coincidences, like friends/related Dopers who went to the same HS.

**Amazinrace** , your school lost to West Ottawa? Man, in the four years I was there, I remember winning exactly one football game. As I recall, the highlight game of the four homecoming games was when we actually scored on the Rockford football team. Then we found out that they hadn’t even bothered to send their first string to play us. It’s a good thing I didn’t give a rat’s ass about football. Or maybe that’s why.
