# Where do I find parts for my Broken Digital Camera?

I’ve got a little Nikon Coolpix 5200 that I bring with me when I go on road trips and where the territory would be inconsistant with bringing my bigger digi… Well this weekend I found out why. I dropped the little digi on some rocks and the battery pack cover was damaged and will not shut anymore. Does anyone know where I can find spare parts for this camera? Is there such a thing where I could buy the little cover and not have to send the whole thing back? Any help would be greatly appreciated. 🙂

How do you feel about eBay? There are a bunch of 'em on sale there for less than $50 this morning, “as is”. Use this search string to narrow it down a bit (and tell it “US only” if you’re so inclined):

nikon coolpix 5200 -battery -charger -batteries -cable -case

Otherwise, allow me to suggest a morsel of duct tape… 😃
