Remember what I said upthread about how your birth certificate is really an act of indenture?
In sov-cit world, the birth certificate creates a straw-man, with the same name as you, but in ALL CAPS. That’s how the government gets the secret earnings that you should be receiving. The money goes to a secret government account, usually operated under the Uniform Commercial Code, but in the name of your straw-man, ATAMASAMA.
If you follow the guru’s instructions, and disavow your birth certificate, then you destroy the straw-man, ATAMASAMA, and the money from the secret account for ATAMASAMA is now yours, Atamasama!
Of course, the government knows that if everyone destroyed their STRAWMAN, they would have to pay out billions of dollars and the government will go bankrupt. (It already is, really, and is just managing to operate by using all those STRAWMAN accounts.). So the government will do anything possible to keep people from finding out about the secret accounts, even denying that the accounts ever existed. That’s how you know you’re on the right track, see? Denial is proof that the account exists!
But if you properly disavow your birth certificate, you get all that money!
Again, I wish I were making this up, but people actually believe it.
Yes, I’m aware. Earlier in this thread, @Whack-a-Mole linked to a SovCit board, and one forum is specifically dedicated to setting up your own strawman.
That was a disturbingly enlightening link for a peek into this madness.
No. Not every officer has a K9 on their beck and call. They cannot legally detain you longer than is reasonable tow rite a ticket. yes be polite, but you do not have to giver them permission to do more than they are entitled to do. If they’re giving out speeding tickets (and you were speeding) then politeness may weasel you out of a ticket. If they want to do beyond a simple traffic stop then they are not your friend. If they are determined to search your car, and can summon a K9, they will. Let them call the K9.
Meanwhile, the obvious thing is to not have anything for them to find, not have a car deficit enough for a ticket. Otherwise, rights or no rights, you could be in trouble, justifiably. I’ve never had police (Canada) search my car, despite maybe a dozen speeding tickets over the decades. My buddy who was into drugs, but probably had nothing at the time, said he got pulled over in his old van. The cops wanted to search it, but as soon as they opened the side door and saw the whole thing knee deep in garbage and old food wrappers and such, the one cop told her partner “oh, forget it!”
[Year’s ‘94 and my trunk is raw
In my rear view mirror is the motherfuckin’ law
I got two choices y’all, pull over the car or, hmm
Bounce on the devil, put the pedal to the floor
Now I ain’t tryin’ to see no highway chase with Jake
Plus I got a few dollars I could fight the case
So I, pull over to the side of the road
I heard “Son, do you know why I’m stoppin’ you for?”
“‘Cause I’m young and I’m black and my hat’s real low?
Or do I look like a mind reader, sir? I don’t know
Am I under arrest or should I guess some mo’?”
“Well you was doin’ 55 in the 54” “Uh huh”
“License and registration and step out of the car
Are you carryin’ a weapon on you? I know a lot of you are”
“I ain’t steppin’ out of shit, all my papers legit”
“Well do you mind if I look around the car a lil’ bit?”
“Well my glove compartment is locked, so is the trunk and the back
And I know my rights so you gon’ need a warrant for that”
“Aren’t you sharp as a tack? You some type of lawyer or something?
Somebody important or something?”
“Child, I ain’t passed the bar, but I know a lil’ bit
Enough that you won’t illegally search my shit”
“Well we’ll see how smart you are when the K-9 come”](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=60XTSx29OnM)
I am a LEO in Wisconsin. A person is only required to ID themselves if I am detaining them With Reasonable Articulable Suspicion that a crime has, is about to, or is in the process of being committed. Otherwise they do not need to ID themselves.
I’m lucky. I’ve only had to deal with Sovcits twice. I’ve had other officers tell me some real doozies of stories. It’s like those folks are deeply emotionally disturbed and delusional. I’ve heard of some sovereign citizens being held as mentally ill.
