As noted earlier, my last name doesn’t appear on the list zev linked. But the site linked by WomanofScorn tells me that there are only 1250 of us in the U.S. As my father was one of (IIRC) eleven children, I’d guess it’s a fair bet that the other 1249 are relatives, and not all that terribly distant.
Married name doesn’t appear at all, which makes sense as we have reason to believe it was changed after arrival in the USA.
