Yeah, in this other video (can’t tell if it’s the same event or just a similar one), the plane appears to touch down right at the start of the threshold marker

Edit: I think this is the same event, from a different camera. I think I recognise some of the same people in the two videos.

He actually got lower out over the water than he was over the beach. IOW, he had to climb over that beach. Not good at all.
