Short answer is doing high school. long answer is, Chronically I’ll suffering while my parent says they will not make me food until all my homework is done. uh yeah.. hi. I’m back ig. I have been managing my POTs and dealing with a fuck ton of my parents saying I’m faking it even tho I have a diagnosis, and when they believe me they say shit like “but you dont _ **look** _ sick!” so yeah.

So sorry you deal with that. I can’t imagine my parents not believing I’m sick. They take me seriously even when there isn’t an obvious physical indication. Your heart rate will go up. it’s kinda obvious.

I’ve actually had issues where that happened, where my body was dysregulated enough that my heart rate would go way too high. Luckily for me it would usually go away. It’s not fun.
