Well what a day. Background - for the past few weeks I have been getting progressively shorter breath. At first I figured I caught something. By last week I was getting worried. Today I went to work and discovered I was winded after 100’ of walking. I called my doctor to set up an appointment. After consultation I headed home to pack a bag then headed to the ER. Where I am now. I will spend the night here for testing. I think they / we have figured it out and it’s not life threatening, but they want to eliminate the possibility of cardiac issues. So from room whatever of the Arundel Medical Center ER this is Tugig standing by. ---

Sticky thoughts…sticky thoughts…sticky thoughts all headed towards **babyapes**. {{ **2gig** }} be healthy! Is it wrong that as a someone who is trying to catch “The Pregnant” I thought the cork and sledgehammer comment was hilarious? 😃 Anyway a pile of paperwork of about 16 more inches was sent to the mortgage company today. We are so hoping the underwriters approve it. Weekday brekkie is oatmeal with some dried cranberries and a latte. If I don’t eat it gets a little…_dicey_ to be around me 2 hours or so into the work day. I usually have a banana or apple mid morning as well to tide me over til lunch. I need regular feeding which drives **mr ems** nuts as he is one of those who can go all day on nothing but coffee. Road trips are always fun.😃 ---

{{April}} Settled into a room for the night I’ll get a cardiac stress test in the morning. Most of the bad stuff has been ruled out. This looks like it’s an issue I have known about but it’s never cropped up like this before. Hopefully later tomorrow I’ll get discharged. We’ll see. Now for the important stuff: breakfast! I tend to work late and wake up late, and I don’t fancy most breakfast foods, so typically I eat leftover dinner or lunch as my first meal. If I have time I enjoy a full meal two hours before it’s time to go, then take a short catnap, then clean up and goto work. I am due in at 3 and usually leave around 1. If I cando this I am in my best of moods. ---

I completely forgot about breakfast, but not surprising since I caffinate and caffinate then I eat an hour or two later. Sometimes I will only eat dinner. Sometimes I eat three big meals, but I very rarely eat soon after rising. Grape nuts with yogurt and fruit, no milk I put the yogurt in the cereal like milk. This is only at home, when on tour I lurves me some Cracker Barrel and I eat like a pig. Goodnight grampa swampy Goodnight all **Jim** ---
