To continue, I like Piers because (1) he isn’t intimidated by his guests and doesn’t hesitate to debate with them on any subject (most recently, gun control), (2) being a Brit, has a perspective other than that of most Americans, and (3) he’s hot. ---

I heard his most recent “debate”. Consisted of him totally losing composure and looking like a fool while his opponent stayed on point and seemed reasonable. I’ll say that again, Piers Morgan made a fringe gun nut seem reasonable. He is not someone I want on my side of any argument. ---

I object to the proposal to deport him on the grounds that we don’t want him back in the UK. If you want to send him to, say, Chad or Ecuador or Laos, go right ahead. ---

The thing with the Gun Control, whether you agree with him or not, is that he’s a rather rude guest. What would the general British reaction be to an American who went there to make more money and spent his time bashing British Culture and telling them they’re stupid and need to change it? You don’t go to other countries and tell them they’re stupid and need to be more like your home country. That’s where the whole Ugly American Tourist thing comes from.
