OK, in this thread we - as a group - predict where T.O. goes by eliminating (or not) the team we root for. Simply state which team you root for and your opinion on whether they will have him - and why.

I’m a Steeler fan and I am 100% sure he won’t be joining the Steelers.

[li]Coach Tomlin wouldn’t put up with him[/li][li]The team wouldn’t put up with him[/li][li]We have some good WRs already[/li][/ol]

I’m a Chiefs fan. They won’t be signing him:

1. They’re not one big FA away from winning.
2. They’re focused on developing Dwayne Bowe as their #1.
3. They already have a giant crybaby in Larry Johnson.

I am a Dallas Cowboys fan. I suppose we can cross Dallas off this list.

I’m not a Bills fan (don’t even play one on TV), but everyone around here knows the Bills ain’t taking him.

1. Ralph Wilson never spends big money on free agents
2. Ralph Wilson never spends big money on free agents

I know it’s only one point, but it’s such a good point, I made it twice.

I forgot to add: You may contradict others if you wish. For instance, if you are a fan of the Steelers and you think I am mistaken, you may so indicate - or concur if you want to participate. We’ll find some way to do a proper tally in the end.

I’m a Browns fan. They won’t be signing him because they’re not players in free agency this year, they have bigger needs on defense, and they’ll probably be near the bottom of the league in passing either way so why bother.

T.O. and Coach Coughlin? There’s a match that I somehow doubt will ever see the light of day.

Eagles Fan.

I don’t see Donovan or Andy Reid opening their arms to welcome him back.

Would it be too cliched if he went to the Raiders?)
Also. Am I the only one to think it is a move that doesn’t really help turn the Cowboys into a better team? I realize he is a distraction. But, I think he helped them win more games than he caused them to lose. Maybe, I missed something here or there. Of course, I cheered when the Eagles beat them at the end of the season - that might be tied to the TO/Roma feud.

I think if he is on a team with a QB with a strong personality and a strong offensive scheme his distractions will be ignored. Maybe, the Pats will pick him up. Ha.

Packer fan says:

1. GM Thompson rarely signs big name FAs. Bout the biggest name they’ve signed is Charles Woodson.

2. The last thing they need is another receiver, they have one of the best young WR corps going.

3. After the Favre circus of the last few years, I doubt they’re anxious to sing up for another go-round.

Except that McCloughlan (the 49ers’ GM) said they were leaving the door open to possibly signing him.

Raiders fan here. While it’s not a complete impossibility, I don’t think it’ll happen. The Raiders had the chance to grab him before and didn’t go after him (and that was when he was younger and better). At this point I think it’s less about his cancerous presence and the fact he just isn’t that good anymore. He only had two 100+ yard games last season - both against his former teams (49ers and Eagles).

Charger fan–

Chargers have announced no interest in T.O. Which makes sense- since our GM tends to look for lower cost role players in FA, and doesn’t seem to enjoy getting involved in the initial frenzy.

(For the record- rumor is he and his agent were in TN today. Frankly, I’m pulling for Detroit- Calvin Johnson/TO/Stafford- they may not win a lot more games, but they’ll be more fun to watch.)

I think the Bengals would be the best place for him!

Think of the Circus TO and Ocho would be!

Both trying to out preform each other on the field, then both trying to out crazy talk each other after the game!

Would be fun to watch
