At the time, well…no. Right now, yes. Or _am_ I? You decide. Of course, your decision will not alter reality…or _will_ it? You decide. Perhaps the laws of quantum physics will bend existence’s truths to your whims. Or perhaps not. You decide. Perception is key to such matters.

But anyway, the answer to your question is “no”.
