It would be an informal logical fallacy if I were to say that every post in this thread is a logical fallacy, which we know because the thread title is ā€œWherein every post is a logical fallacyā€, and lo and behold, this post is _in that thread_. But, since Iā€™m not saying anything of the sort, my post does not, in fact, contain a logical fallacy. ---

I understand the import of logical fallacies because I am not a graduate of an Ivy League school. (No, wait, thatā€™s a non sequiter! Oh, where did I put that damned Oxford English Dictionary?!) Bill Clinton lied about a blow job. George W. Bush lied about WMDs in Iraq. Therefore all presidents of the US lie about something. (But Democrat presidents lie about sex, while Repub presidents lie about much less important things). ---
