Where’s the Angel of Death thread? I’ve spent the last ten minutes searching for it and I can’t find it. Trust me, guys, **Scylla** has nothing but the highest respect for his wife. He adores her. He is in awe of her. She can kick his ass in karate. This is not a sick game. This is a chance to see delight and joy in his wife’s eyes, as once again, Her Shining Prince comes through. ---

Given that Ulysses had to literally go to Hell and back for _his_ Odessey, I think **Scylla** could have put the **Angel of Death** through worse for hers. ---

I’m not condoning the lying. But there’s a difference. **Scylla** is setting up his wife for a nice surprise. How many of us have thrown surprise parties, or pretended to forget a birthday or an anniversary? My BIL lied to his wife on her birthday, saying he was taking her out to dinner, but then made up a story as to why they had to stop by our house, where 50 of her friends were waiting to surprise her. Now, if the Evil were lying to cover up something bad, I’d be the first to land on him with both feet. But that’s not his intention here. ---

I would not call you evil Scylla, you are however, a tad on the bratty side of the house. I think what you are doing for your wife is wonderful, although she may smack you and hug you at the same time for putting her though so much pain. I am sure you will get payback for this. If Cardsfan did this to me, I would be thrilled he could actually keep a straight face for months on end with the surprise. He normally caves in after a few days, just like I do, which is why we stopped giving each other presents. We just can not keep a secret from each other. Kudos my dear for such a wonderful surprise for your wife.
