I want to thank **Spiderman** for stopping by to visit me tonight, and for the gifts he bought. It was much appreciated and I enjoyed the conversation. He walked in and I had no idea who he was, then he said “I’m Spiderman” and pulled open his jacket revealing a Spiderman t-shirt. I thought he was either a crazy person or one of those funny telegrams people send until he saw my confusion and said “Straightdope” at which point I realized who he was. ---

Wish I lived close enough to come visit. You’ll just have to treat this thread as a virtual visit from all your friends. We’ll come in and try our best to bore you to death with stories and stay too long and blow cigarette smoke in your face and laugh loudly with each other and piss off the nurses and Or not. ---

His Spidey sense must have told him that the right channel had stopped working on my current set. I didn’t mention it on here. ---

I was visited today by Diamond, a therapy dog. They’re specialy trained dogs that volunteers take around to rehab centers and nursing homes for a psychological boost. It’s known that dogs can have positive physical and psychological effects. I love dogs so it was a real treat for me. ---
