I opened up the turkey to start simmering the giblets, and WTF?? No neck! I like the neck meat in my giblet gravy, thank you very much! Too fucking late now. Asshats. That would be Jennie-O turkeys. ---

Did you check the other end? Sometimes they stuff the giblets up the ass-end and the neckbone down the neck end. It can also work its way pretty deep in there. Really reach in there and feel around at both ends. I bet it’s in there someplace. ---
