# Where's the weirdest place you've ever slept?

I went to a 2-day rock fest while in the Army in Germany. It was held at a race track. There was a retaining wall along the top of the track, and the top of the track was pitched at a moderate angle. We used the loops along the tops of our Army-issue sleeping bags to tie them to bolts in the retaining wall. (There were hundreds of GI’s from all over Europe there.) At night it looked like there was a roosting flock of big, tan bats.
