MMP = Monday Morning Post - a thread tradition by **Rue DeDay**. Every Monday morning, he starts a thread with an amusing anecdote or a creative offering or who-knows-what and we all hop in an comment, hijack, discuss, share, whatever till the next MMP is started. And if **Rue** can’t or doesn’t post, one of us usually will, so we can get our fix. Welcome to our cult! ---

Good. I think I got two Coffee Crisp bars this afternoon. I’ll probably mail everything out on Tuesday. I have boxes and even spiffy bubble wrap. Hmm. I’ll have to buy the cookies on Tuesday, too. This is very exciting. The post office scares me. I’m always afraid they’re going to accuse me of illegal candy-smuggling or something. Windy, sleeting, snowing, rainy today. I hope tomorrow will be warm and dry. ---

He grew some teeth recently and even when he isn’t biting it hurts. So no more tender nursings. Just pumping. Maybe soon not even that, because I’d like my body back, damnit, and I can’t diet/exercise as I’d like to while nursing (it exhausts me). Today we went to the park. First slide and swing (with Mommy). Wanna see some pics? 😃 Wow, this is the very definition of MMPSIMS. ---

Hi **inkleberry!** Welcome to the MMP! I’m new here, too. It’s cool being part of the in-crowd, isn’t it? I just made a nice little fruit salad, so the bunnies are having strawberry tops in their salads tonight. Yum, yum! It was a gorgeous day, so I went for a very long walk (with a little bit of a run), so now I feel all healthy and stuff. ---

Welcome, **inkleberry**. The MMP actually serves to keep most of us from bothering the rest of the Straight Dope world with the minutiae of our lives (did I spell that right?). It’s like _extra_ Mundane Pointless Place. At least for me. Oh, and there’s the stunning wit. And the \ing. Everyone here is very nice and chummy. And some of them have sent me cookies.
