Which actor has the greatest 'bad guy' ratio?

Kim Basinger said that kissing him was like kissing an ashtray. Yeccch!

I assume over his long career, Gary Busey must have played a good guy in at least one movie. But I’ve never seen that movie.

… What did Buddy Holly do?

No one mentioned Tor Johnson yet?

Esposito in The Usual Suspects is like the only good guy. Robert Carlyle’s been said, so let’s see…Ian McDiarmid. McDiarmid plays the worst bad guy in the history of TV, Movies, or TV Movies as Doctor Popper, Coroner in Hillsborough (1992.) Apparently his character is also a bad guy in the Star Wars movies.

Shocked this thread made it to page 3 with no mention of Jason Isaacs (the scary elder Malfoy, ya’ll?)

I’ll bet you have: Point Break

Likewise Professor Tanaka.

Lots of great martial artists made careers playing villains in martial arts movies.

How about Bolo Yeung? His first film was in 1970, so that’s a 50-year career. I’ve only seen two or three of his films and am assuming he plays a (or the) bad guy in most of them.

Neal McDonough is a character actor, who is very prolific over the past 30 years. While has has played a few good guys, more early in his career, he is mostly known for the bad guy roles in movies and television series.

He is well known as a male actor that will not do sex scenes, because of his relationship with his wife and as a devout catholic.

You must have missed Busey’s most famous role of the evil Buddy Holly.

Yeah, I knew I’d catch grief for ignoring that movie when I posted. But in my defense, I’ve never personally seen it!

Still, in terms of ratio, he has to be way up there. For every Buddy Holly or Point Break, there’s a dozen Mr. Joshuas and Commander Krills. Even his son Jake is usually a villain.
