That was pretty engrossing to watch. I’ve never heard of eyelid tape. What would it generally be used for? ---

Eyelid tape is used to temporarily create a crease or enhance a crease above the eyelid. In other words, it helps make typical East Asian eyes look more like typical Caucasian eyes. Michelle Phan, like many East Asians, does have a natural eyelid crease, but it’s not as deep or pronounced as, say Angelina Jolie’s. The dark makeup did most of the heavy lifting in creating the illusion, but the tape gave it that extra oomph. ---

I’ve had similar experiences each time. (Sadly, they started testing on animals so I stopped buying from them, but their products are very good quality and their staff are helpful.) ---

It really looked like her lips had major construction done on them. ---

And her lips have nothing on her skin in terms of perfection. Holy cow. I did do a search, and found a lot of speculation about whether she’d had chin implants, but nothing about her lips. But who really knows, right? ---
