Right handed, right eared. My phone at work is on my left. That is why my phone cords were always tangled.
Although I’m a lefty, I still use the right ear.
Right handed, right ear. It takes more effort to listen with my left ear. It’s like the words are going to a part of my brain that is not as good at processing language. But then, I think my hearing is slightly impaired in my left ear, so that could be it, too.
left-handed, but i start out using the right ear because of mild hearing damage from a childhood disease in the left.
if the right ear gets too warm from the cellphone (no landline at home any more), i’ll switch for a little while provided there’s not a lot of ambient noise around me. the noise makes it harder to hear with the left.
Couldn’t have said it better myself.
Left handed. I generally start out on my left ear, but easily switch to right if I need to write or my ear gets warm from the phone.
I’m right-handed and always use my left ear to hear on the phone. If I have a cold and my left ear gets stopped up I’m virtually deaf. I’ve had my hearing tested and it’s “fine.” But if my left ear is out of commision I rely on lip-reading and shout on the phone, in hopes that the other person will shout at me.
I’m right-handed and I use my left ear for the phone.
VERY left-handed; VERY left-eared. I cannot possibly DIAL a phone or cellphone with my right hand!
My hearing is, to the best of my knowledge, equal in both ears, FWIW. Stereo, so to speak.
I figured out why. To turn it on you have to make that little slidey motion on the screen to turn it on, which I do with my right hand, so I just leave it in my left.
