The title pretty much says it. I originally though The Thinker by Rodin. But it would need to be larger than the usual chia figure or the growing green bits would obfuscate the shape. Any other suggestions? ---

I think the green chia fuzz would be too much a contrast with Koons’s metallic balloon animal… or Henry Moore’s reclining figures. I’d say The Discus Thrower, but now that I really look at it, I’m convinced that **the original athlete did indeed have a chia head**. What we see is a Greek artist’s attempt to sculpt chia bush in marble. - **The Venus of Willendorf** – not really a statue (It’s less than 5" high), but a good candidate for its shape. It’s already sporting a head of curly hair, and its facelessness always bothered me - The Easter Island **Moai** – Heck, these originally had red sandstone :headdresses". Green chia would be a nice change - Jaume Plesna’s modern sculpture **Alchemist** at MIT. – This very white thing needs some color. Mount Rushmore for sure because of its size! Now, it’s not really a statue, but it is a sculpture and, since it was produced in a single endeavor, the four faces can be accepted as a conglomerate. ---
