Who determines if a leader has “resigned in disgrace”? The leader, the press, his enemies etc.?

As this is a subjective question and not a factual one [and you already have a thread in IMHO](https://boards.straightdope.com/t/what-would-it-take-for-you-to-think-a-head-of-state-should-or-would-resign-in-disgrace/958920), I’m closing this one.

I’ll be leaving the IMHO thread open. But please put more effort into constructing your OPs. This is so terrible, I am telling you not to make 1 sentence OPs again.
