In your humble opinion, what movies are not included in this list? Older movies are badly underrepresented; the people who rate them are young and aren’t interested in B&W or silent films (with a few exceptions). Frankly I could accept all these mentions not being in the top 250. Seems to me it does a pretty good job. For me: The Incredibles Princess Mononoke Animated movies are not viewed as being sufficiently high culture - I disagree. ---

The IMDb top 250 is pretty awful, IMHO. It tends strongly toward the recent and the juvenile. (I’m looking at you, Tarantino.) It is a list you would expect to be compiled by guys living in their mama’s basement. ---
