> Cow eyes are a popular subject for dissection in high school biology classes. I did three of them. And a pig fetus.

I’ve also read about tacos de ojos (eye tacos). They’re just what they sound like.

I’d just like to add that bull penises are made into dog treats that are very popular in my household (my three dogs, not us humans).

I’m really glad that you added the part in parenthesis!

I don’t know if it still is, but it used to be mixed with the bottom layer of plaster on a wall or ceiling to give it strength.

> In the similar field of harvesting hogs, I worked near a meat processing line with hog carcasses hanging from a slow moving overhead chain. One man’s job was to jam his thumb into the anus, carve around it with a knife, pull it out, and sling it in a very professional and tricky manner into a chute specifically for pig anuses. I did get to go into the basement, but never saw where the pig anuses went. Still, they were getting special treatment for some reason.

Thank you, **Napier** , if for no other reason than for the simple fact that you’re gonna make a lot of people complain a lot less about their jobs.

I know I will.

High school guidance counselors, and parents of teenagers, should totally use this as a threat. “Pull your grades up, or you’ll wind up being the pig-anus-cutter-outter.”

I can verify that the Asian market I go to sells both Pork Bungs and Cow Uteri. Perhaps we have a huge export market in those products?

Would one refer to that on one’s resume?

Seems like it would be hard to get any other kind of job after that one … Or then again, maybe not. “Hey, this guy spent the last ten years excising anuses from pigs! I bet he won’t complain about _any_ job we give him!”

As the proud owner of a young dog, I have discovered that there are lots of bits that wind up at the dog shop. Rufus (the dog) would walk through fire for a piece of freeze dried lamb lung, and I suspect cow lung is also available. Hoof is another popular dog chew item, and I suspect that most things that humans won’t eat have a ready market in the dog aisle.
