I donā€™t have specific reasons for a lot of these posters, but Iā€™ll often read any posts I notice by: **Eve** - class and humor rolled together and single-handedly turned my _Halvsie_ thread around from a goofy story about a two-legged dog into something really fuckinā€™ funny **Esprix** - whoā€™s opened my eyes about some of my own prejudices when I didnā€™t realize I had any **Giraffe** - another poster I find entertaining, and Iā€™m still not sure what we were arguing about in a recent Pit thread about Not In Anger šŸ˜‰ **Tars Tarkas** - dude gave me a copy of the MST3K version of _Track of the Moonbeast_, immediately ensuring himself a spot in my will. Unfortunately the only thing of value Iā€™ll have to bequeath him will be that same copy of _Track of the Moonbeast_. **iampunha** - he may be a Braves fan, but heā€™s still fun to talk with **bobkitty** - just cuz **Guinastasia** - I donā€™t have a reason for this, Iā€™ve just always liked reading Guin **Polycarp** - the kind of Christian Iā€™d like to be, but fall short **Jester** - what the hell happened to him anyway? Thatā€™s all I can think of now, Iā€™ll probably add more to the list as I scan the boards and think, ā€œOh yeah, that guy! And her! Oooh, I canā€™t believe I forgot so-and-so!ā€ ---

Well, Iā€™ll have to say the old **scarab** and and the **Wang-ster** just got me a little hot - in a good way! Kinda makes all those hours over the last few years worthwhile. _(Well, not really. But SOMEONE has to try to fool me into thinking I have a life!)_ Iā€™ve never made any secret of the fact that Iā€™ve got a thang for the lovely Ms. **Eve**. A few posters have ā€œexcitedā€ me in an unpleasant manner - so I generally try to avoid reading their posts. But, Iā€™m far too much of a gentleman to name namesā€¦ ---

I donā€™t know if they excite me, but I have appreciated the following: Eveā€“Once she posted how she called a black man walking down the street a ā€œbad mother fuckerā€. I lost it. Quasimodemā€“Seems like such a genuine guy. We have much in common, especially when it comes to music. Polyā€“Like everyone else, he has helped me out with my confused thoughts about Christ. Zensterā€“Made an inspiring post in a very personal thread of mine. S.A.L.ā€“Satisfying Andy is one funny guy. I wish I would think of the things he comes up with. I have to mention WolfMiester who single-handedly kept my Consecutive Number thread alive for about 2 weeks! I love of all of you though! ---

Well, lemme think about this a sec, hereā€¦ **Wang-Ka** , **Miller** , and **lieu** are currently the top three on my ā€œlaugh until I hurtā€ list. **Sauron** and **Scylla** are both in the top ten as well. (I still mutter about the offensive uses of sporks, from time to time.) If for nothing else, I treasure the SDMB, and this lot, for that. Laughs can be few and far between, lately. **Lobsang** and **NoClueBoy** for some reason seem like opposite sides of the same coin, to me. Both can give me a chuckle, or keep me entertained, with Texan or British style. Canā€™t nail it down any better than that. But I just canā€™t seem to pass up a post by either one. **Quadgop** and **Polycarp** are much too valuable, in terms of insight and information, to be ignored. Theyā€™re also on the ā€œmust readā€ list. Some posters Iā€™d like to see more from lately, **Fenris** and **Max Carnage** for sheer nostalgic comic book geeky-goodness, and **Horseflesh** for out and out insanity. (I will never think of Calvinball the same way again.) And actually, I too could name about half the membership if I keep going, so Iā€™ll wrap it up here. But _damn_ if this ainā€™t a fun place.
