Are we speaking only of English/British accents? Otherwise, Carlos Santana, even when singing in English, is pretty clearly Latino.
A singer/songwriter from the 70’s and early 80s, Dean Friedman, is very obviously from New Jersey.

It may be harder for me to pick up any accent she sings with, but it sounds like she’s just adopted the mid-atlantic pop accent. A tell-tale sign: if her singing was Australian accented, it’d be I just cahn’t get you out of my head, whereas Kylie sings the most unaustralian “can’t” with a short a - as an American would.
