I got six of nine (I’d rather have Seven of Nine, but whatever.) [/QUOTE] Yeah, I’m a tiny minority here, one of them dumb-ass rednecks that lives in the sticks. It’s two miles from my house to a paved road and the nearest neighbor, eight miles to a gas station and 25 miles to a Wal-mart. I’ve got me this kick-ass 24kbs internet connection. Plus a shotgun, rifle, four-wheel drive and some horses and cattle. Fate decreed that I make a trip through Atlanta to Charlotte this past weekend. That trip left me feelin’ sho-nuff sorry for all you smart urban folks, with your locked doors, candy-ass rules and traffic jams. Sometimes me and the missus go six or seven days without seeing another human being. You have no idea how nice that is. ---

Well, if we take out the US Geographic thing, I meet all the criteria except pet ownership (and we’d have a cat if the landlord would let us!). 1. White - pinkish, actually. Apart from the sunburned bits. 2. Heterosexual - I believe so, but I’ve never been put to the test. 3. Over 20 but under 40 years old - only just! 4. Speak English as a first (if not only) language - Yep 8. Own a pet - no pets yet (the house isn’t suitable). 9. Don’t smoke - Yep. Not bad. As for my Dopish minorities: A - I’m not American B - I’m a virgin, probably the oldest virgin on the Dope. C - I have a net positive view of Margaret Thatcher. D - I continue to support the invasion of Iraq (but I don’t support the occupation). ---

I’m a solid 9 out of 9. I can’t think of any minority category I would fit into, even religion, which was neglected on the original list (raised Lutheran, currently nonpracticing vaguely Protestant). Actually, what about height? I’m 5’2". And I’m guessing I would be near the low end of weight. ---

9 for 9… well except I’ve exepted certain bisexual tendenecies and while I take care of cats my pet was killed in a fire from which I saved the rest of my family (which means my mom and her cats). Does that make me more interesting? Please say yes. ---

Some don’t like “Pakeha”, others don’t like “white”, still more don’t like “NZ European”. I, personally, am all three, and _palagi_ besides. Oh, and I only get 5 outta 9.
